Key Responsibilities:

Overall plant operations and production management

Production planning and achieving daily/monthly targets

Managing manpower, moulds, machinery and raw materials

QA/QC and ensuring product quality as per specifications

Maintenance, safety and plant efficiency

Cost control, productivity and reduction of wastage

Coordination with project, dispatch and site teams

Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in setup and operations of Precast Concrete Manufacturing plant for Infra or Building (Residential/ Commercial)

Qualification: Diploma/B.E./B.Tech – Civil preferred.

Location: Ambala, Haryana
