Job Title: Plant Head – Nano Division (CT/PT / Nanocrystalline Core)

Experience Required: 8 years in manufacturing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the electrical or nanocrystalline core industry
Job Purpose
To lead and manage the entire plant operations for the Nano Division (Current Transformers, Potential Transformers, and Nanocrystalline Core production), ensuring optimal productivity, quality, cost-efficiency, safety, and timely delivery, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Plant Operations & Production Management:
- Lead day-to-day plant operations, including production, maintenance, quality, and logistics.
- Ensure achievement of production targets in line with delivery schedules.
- Oversee nanocrystalline core manufacturing, annealing, and assembly processes.
- Optimize use of resources (man, machine, material) to maximize efficiency and reduce costs.
- Quality Assurance:
- Implement robust quality management systems (QMS/ISO/TS standards).
- Ensure adherence to quality standards in CT/PT manufacturing and nanocrystalline core processing.
- Drive root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) for any defects.
- Maintenance & Asset Management:
- Ensure preventive and predictive maintenance of machinery to avoid downtime.
- Oversee CAPEX planning and execution for new machinery or upgrades.
- People Management:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performance team across functions.
- Drive a culture of accountability, safety, and innovation.
- Conduct periodic performance reviews and training initiatives.
- Planning & Coordination:
- Coordinate with Sales, R&D, and SCM teams for demand planning and execution.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure material availability.
- Align plant performance with business goals.

- Strong technical knowledge of CT/PT and nanocrystalline core manufacturing processes.
- Proficient in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/MS Dynamics).
