Job Description

Manage daily operations of the factory, ensuring smooth workflow and achieving production targets.
Oversee engineering and manufacturing activities within the food processing domain.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards in all factory processes.
Develop and implement strategies to optimise production efficiency and reduce costs.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless operations and timely delivery of products.
Monitor the maintenance of equipment to ensure minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
Train and develop the factory team to enhance skills and performance.
Prepare and present regular reports on factory performance and improvements.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Factory Manager should have:

A degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field with 5+ years of Plant Leadership experience and overall 15+ years of relevant Plant Operations exposure
Experience in managing factory operations within the FMCG industry, particularly in the food sector.
Strong knowledge of production processes, quality standards, and safety regulations.
Proven ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Proficiency in using manufacturing and production management tools.
