The Successful Applicant

A successful Plant Head should have:

Engineering graduate with 15+ years of experience in FMCG/Food Manufacturing
Proven leadership experience managing large-scale plant operations
Strong understanding of production planning, quality systems, and maintenance processes
Expertise in lean, TPM, or Six Sigma methodologies
Excellent communication, people management, and problem-solving skills
