The Job Factory is looking for an experienced Plant Head to lead manufacturing operations for a leading Electrical Control Panel manufacturing company.

Location: Waluj, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar (Aurangabad), Maharashtra

Salary : 18-20 LPA

Qualification: BE Electrical / Diploma in Electrical Engineering

Experience: 7+ Years in Electrical Control Panel Manufacturing

Salary: Negotiable based on experience and interview performance

Employment Type: Permanent / Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, manage, and execute production activities as per customer requirements and delivery schedules.
Oversee manufacturing of MCC, APFC, AMF, PCC, RTCC, and PLC panels.
Manage production planning, manpower allocation, and resource utilization.
Coordinate Mechanical, Electrical, and Quality departments for smooth factory operations.
Monitor production targets, quality standards, and timely dispatch.
Read and interpret GA drawings, SLDs, and electrical drawings.
Ensure efficient utilization of switchgear, electrical materials, and components.
Handle busbar calculations and preparation of Mechanical BOM.
Manage dispatch planning and ensure on-time delivery.
Lead teams and drive productivity, quality, and operational efficiency.

Required Skills:

Strong experience in electrical control panel manufacturing

Expertise in production planning and execution

Knowledge of MCC, APFC, AMF, PCC, RTCC, and PLC panels

Understanding of GA drawings, SLDs, and electrical drawings

Knowledge of switchgear, busbar calculations, electrical materials, and BOM

Strong leadership and manpower management skills

Excellent coordination, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
