Plant Head

Company Description:

Eastman Group is a ₹5000 crore Indian manufacturing conglomerate, supplying hand tools, power tools, and industrial equipment to OEMs, dealers, and industries across the country.

As we scale our manufacturing capabilities, we're looking for a Plant Head who can take complete ownership of operations and drive efficiency on the ground.

What you'll be responsible for:

• End-to-end plant operations, including production, quality, maintenance, and dispatch

• Driving operational efficiency, cost control, and productivity improvements

• Implementing systems and processes to ensure consistent output and quality standards

• Leading and managing plant teams across functions

• Ensuring compliance with safety, regulatory, and company standards

What we're looking for:

• 10+ years of experience in manufacturing operations

• Strong leadership experience managing plant-level teams

• Deep understanding of production planning, quality control, and process optimization

• Ability to take ownership and drive execution without constant oversight

• Experience in tools, engineering, or industrial manufacturing is preferred
