Manage essential services: security (personnel & systems), housekeeping, cafeterias, transport, guest houses, and medical facilities.
Vendor management: selection, negotiation, contract administration, and performance monitoring.
Maintain and track non-production assets (vehicles, office equipment, furniture).
Ensure cost-effective operations via budgeting and financial oversight.
Support HR/IR on employee welfare, township management, and administrative needs.
Statutory Compliance & Safety Administration
Ensure adherence to labor laws, factory acts, environmental regulations, fire safety norms, and other statutory requirements.
Obtain, maintain, and renew licenses, permits, and certifications (factory, boiler, pollution consent, fire NOC, explosives license, etc.).
Support safety administration by managing compliance documentation and audits.
Facilitate internal and external audits related to statutory compliance and administration.
Liaisoning & External Relations
Act as the primary interface with government departments: Police, Labour Department, Factories Inspectorate, Pollution Control Board, Fire Department, Municipal authorities, Electricity/Water Boards, Customs/Excise.
Build and maintain relationships with key government officials and local community leaders.
Represent the company in meetings and proactively resolve issues related to licenses, permits, inspections, or local concerns.
Interface with CSR initiatives and community programs.
Keep plant management and corporate teams informed about regulatory changes and local developments affecting operations.
Project & Administrative Management
Manage greenfield and infrastructure projects within the plant.
Audit and oversee record-keeping and administrative processes for accuracy and compliance.
Coordinate with corporate functions to align administrative and liaisoning activities with organizational strategy.
