Job description: Plant Finance
Location: Krishnagiri, Hosur
You Will
To manage end-to-end
financial control and compliance for the manufacturing plant, ensuring cost efficiency, accurate reporting, and strong financial governance to support operational decision-making.
To Be Successful, You Will Be Expected To
Plant Accounting & Control
- Manage day-to-day plant finance and accounting activities
- Ensure accurate booking of production, consumption, and expenses
- Monitor plant-level P&L and cost center performance
- Maintain strong internal controls at the plant
Budgeting, Forecasting & MIS
- Prepare annual plant budgets and rolling forecasts
- Generate daily/weekly/monthly MIS for production and management
- Analyze deviations in material usage, labor efficiency, and overheads
- Support plant leadership with actionable financial insights
Compliance, Audit & Governance
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, statutory and company policies
- Handle plant-related audits (internal, statutory, cost audit)
- Maintain proper documentation and SOP adherence
- Support month-end and year-end closures
You must have any or a combination of any of the following skills:
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing / factory accounts
- Hands-on experience in variance analysis
- ERP exposure (SAP / Oracle / Dynamics / Tally / manufacturing ERP)
- Advanced Excel & MIS reporting skills
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Qualification & Experience
- Education: CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) / M.Com
- Experience: 5- 10years
