Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and qualified Plant Finance Manager to lead the financial management of our plant operations. As an ICWA qualified professional, you will be responsible for financial planning, budgeting, cost management, and financial reporting. You will work closely with the plant management team to ensure financial discipline and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial Planning: Develop and implement financial plans, budgets, and forecasts for the plant.
2. Cost Management: Analyze and control costs, ensuring efficient use of resources.
3. Financial Reporting: Prepare and submit financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements.
4. Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations, laws, and accounting standards.
5. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks, such as market fluctuations and currency exchange.
6. Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support business decisions.
7. Team Management: Lead and manage a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and support
