Role Description
This full-time, on-site role is based in Gangaikondan and requires Plant Equipment Maintenance Technician, both Electrical and Mechanical streams. . The technician will be responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of industrial equipment, performing preventive maintenance, diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical issues, and installing new equipment. Additional duties include ensuring all machinery operates efficiently and coordinating with the team to ensure minimal downtime.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance to ensure operational efficiency.
- Experience in Equipment Installation and Troubleshooting for on-site machinery and systems.
- Knowledge of Electricity and electrical systems in an industrial setting.
- Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams, schematics, and manuals.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and adherence to regulatory standards.
- Bachelor's degree or technical diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment is a plus.
