We are seeking a skilled Plant Engineer to oversee the maintenance, performance, and availability of construction plant and machinery. The ideal candidate will ensure maximum equipment efficiency and minimize downtime.

• Manage maintenance and repair of heavy construction equipment
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues
• Ensure maximum equipment uptime and operational efficiency
• Maintain maintenance records and manage spare parts inventory
• Supervise technicians and ensure compliance with safety standards

• Bachelor's degree (BE/B.Tech) in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in construction machinery
• Strong technical knowledge of heavy equipment
• Experience in construction or infrastructure projects preferred

• Visa provided
• Medical insurance (self)
