Overview Of The Role
As a
Plant Care Services - Horticulturist Supervisor (Annual Maintenance Contract), you are responsible for managing multiple corporate clients for their Plant Care Services. This will include hiring, training, leading, and handling a team of Plant Care Staff, and other operations teams to run the landscape maintenance operations smoothly in the given geography.
Major accountability will include top-quality interior & exterior landscape maintenance, meeting all service deliverables, and the highest level of client satisfaction.
Roles And Responsibilities
- Manage the daily landscape maintenance operations of Plant Care Staff & Blue-collar employees
- Travel daily within the territory to visit clients, and assist and support Plant Care Staff & ground level staff.
- Provide guidance to the Plant Care team for developing weekly, monthly, and quarterly plant nutrition and fertilization schedules.
- Apply pesticides to control and eliminate harmful insects such as mosquitoes, wasps, and ticks.
- Pay special attention to plant cleaning, pruning, watering, and plant rotation as necessary.
- Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders such as Nursery, Administration, Finance, and HR to ensure smooth operations and billing processes.
- Adhere strictly to the monthly operational budget for servicing each client.
- Achieve a high level of client satisfaction by delivering top-quality interior and exterior landscape maintenance services.
- Prepare and submit monthly reports to the billing team.
- Continuously optimize resources and processes to enhance profitability for each client.
Key Qualifications
- Bachelors/Masters degree in Horticulture/Floriculture/Landscaping/Botany
- Minimum of 2 Year experience in Landscape Maintenance Services
- Team handling experience is desirable
- Good knowledge of Indoor Plants & its maintenance is a must
- Proficient in hiring, training & mentoring Plant Care Supervisors & Staff
- Proficient in using MS Excel/Word/PowerPoint
- Good written as well as verbal communication skills

- We are a work-from-office company because we love working in teams
- The office is based out of Bangalore & we would like you to come down and work from here.
Compensation And Benefits
- We believe in paying competitive salaries to our employees based on their experience and expertise and our base salary for this role ranges from 3 to 4 Lakhs per annum

Work Timings
- Your day starts at 9:00 AM and ends at 6:00 PM IST
- This role requires you to work from Monday - Saturday
