Main Responsibilities
- Major requirements for you will be to get familiar with CAD drawings, changes , update etc , should be able to keep track of such changes for reporting
- You'll work closely with clients to reconcile discrepancies.
- Configuring Planon software to meet documented in-scope client requirements.
- Identifying the current challenges that customers are facing and translate them into solutions within the Planon software.
- The willingness to learn about the configuration options within the Planon software and how to implement them.
- Contribute on deployment i.e., Configuration, E2E testing, Go live preparation, Training Key User and Documentation
- Deep dive on issues and lead till resolution by coordinating with other internal teams.
- Support Internal/External Audit with relevant documentation and to be compliant with process.
- Audit and support space attributes, types, polyline changes to floor plans in ACAD and other particulars in the system, on a consistent basis
Educational Requirements
Mandatory:
Bachelors degree in Engineering/Technology or related field
Experience Mandatory
- Experience with CAD/ Space Planning and CAFM / IWMS software is required and Planon is preferred. Strong understanding of occupancy planning, architectural design.
- Proficient in AutoCAD.
- 3 years in an IT/Tech business analyst role, ideally supporting SaaS application evolution in large, complex organizations.
- Strong Business Analyst skills (e.g., analytical skills, requirement engineering, design thinking, agile methodologies)
- Strong Communication skills in written and spoken English.
- Proficiency in Teams, Sharepoint and other MS collaboration tool
