The company is now diversifying into Import & Export Surplus Discounted Business, catering to both B2B and B2C markets through a combination of online and offline channels. Our operations include sales exhibitions, e-Cart vending, and a unique Store on Wheels concept. Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Planogrammer at our Bengaluru location. The Planogrammer will be responsible for developing and implementing efficient store layouts and product placements that enhance customer experience and maximize sales. Responsibilities include analyzing sales data, creating detailed planograms, working closely with merchandising and operations teams, and ensuring alignment with inventory management. The role also requires regular evaluation of product performance and optimizing displays accordingly.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in space planning, visual merchandising, and planogram development
• Analytical skills, including the ability to interpret sales data and inventory reports
• Attention to detail, creativity, and a strong sense of design and aesthetics
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Photoshop, or similar tools
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced retail environment and meet deadlines
• Previous experience in retail merchandising or visual layout planning is a plus
• Educational background in Design, Merchandising, Retail Management, or a related field
