Role: Planning & QS Manager

Location: Hyderabad (Tukkuguda)

Full-time permanent role.

Requisition Description:

Objective:

To lead the planning and coordination function for projects, ensuring alignment with delivery goals, schedules, budgets, and quality and safety standards. Acts as the central point for MIS, design coordination, procurement tracking, and change management, enabling proactive decision-making and efficient execution.

Responsibilities:

• Align planning activities with project goals; prepare baseline schedules, budgets, and delivery roadmaps.

• Develop detailed project schedules and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

• Establish daily progress tracking mechanisms and catch-up plans for deviations.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly plans in coordination with the project team; manage resource deployment and monitor implementation.

• Anticipate risks, plan mitigations, and implement issue logging and resolution systems.

• Maintain delay registers and recommend corrective actions for schedule recovery.

• Track critical procurement items and ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.

• Maintain design and drawing trackers; coordinate with consultants for DD/GFC drawings and review for constructability and value engineering.

• Prepare and circulate progress reports; conduct review meetings and track action items.

• Implement digital tools for project planning and act as a change agent for digital transformation at site.

Skill Set:

• Expertise in planning, WBS, scheduling, and construction methodologies

• Knowledge of design coordination, risk analysis, and change control

• Exposure to contract and procurement management

• Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and MS Office

• Familiarity with ERP, AutoCAD, Revit, BIM 4D/5D, Power BI, and data analytics

• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to prioritize tasks and resolve issues collaboratively

Experience:

• Minimum 10 years in planning within relevant sectors (Residential, Commercial, Hospitality, Healthcare, Industrial)

• At least 1 year as Planning Manager for a project from initiation to completion.
