Job Summary:

We are looking for a seasoned procurement professional to lead our procurement function. The

ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing procurement strategies,

managing supplier relationships, and ensuring timely and cost-effective sourcing of raw materials

and services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business objectives

- Manage and develop supplier relationships to ensure quality, cost, and delivery expectations are

met

- Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers

- Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure procurement needs are met

- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

- Bachelor degree or MBA in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or related field

- Minimum 10-12 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the food industry

- Proven track record of developing and implementing procurement strategies

- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
