Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Planning Manager role based in Daman. The Planning Manager will oversee production planning, scheduling, and inventory management to optimize efficiency and ensure timely delivery. Key responsibilities include team leadership, analyzing supply chain performance, coordinating with various departments, and implementing strategies to improve operational processes. The role also involves maintaining adherence to quality standards and managing resources effectively.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in production planning, scheduling, and inventory management
- Proficiency in data analysis, supply chain optimization, and resource management
- Excellent team leadership, communication, and stakeholder coordination abilities
- Experience with process improvement and implementing operational strategies
- Knowledge of quality standards and compliance requirements
- Relevant educational background, such as a degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- Prior experience in manufacturing or packaging industries is advantageous
