Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain planning strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Ensure accurate demand forecasting and inventory optimization.
  • Prepare monthly, weekly, and daily production plans based on customer orders and project schedules.
  • Lead material and production planning using ERP systems (SAP HANA or Infor LN)
  • Drive continuous improvement in planning processes and system utilization.
  • Implement process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce lead time.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth production flow.

Key Skills Required

  • 8-12 years of experience required in planning role.
  • Proven expertise in SAP HANA or Infor LN planning modules.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
