Job Requirements
Role Overview :
Lead all planning functions at the hospital, institutional and commercial building at construction site, ensuring project timelines, resource Planning and allocation, and coordination with all site teams to deliver the project on schedule and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 / MS Project for the hospital site
- Coordinate with all discipline heads (Civil, MEP, Finishing) for integrated planning and look-ahead schedules
- Track progress against baseline; prepare weekly and monthly MIS reports for senior management
- Identify schedule risks and propose mitigation strategies proactively
- Manage manpower histograms and equipment deployment plans
- Liaise with client's planning team and ensure all milestones are met
- Conduct daily and weekly planning review meetings at site
- Prepare and review S-curves, cash flow projections, and resource loading charts
- Ensure compliance with hospital-project-specific norms and statutory requirements
- Support billing and variation claim preparation with schedule-linked documentation
- Having exposure with EPC/LSTK Projects.
Work Experience
Qualifications & Requirements
- B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (mandatory)
- PG in Project Management preferred
- Minimum 10 years of total experience with at least 5 years in hospital / healthcare or large-scale construction planning
- Proficient in Primavera P6, MS Project, and MS Office Suite
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and project lifecycle
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
