The Planning Manager will oversee the planning, scheduling, and monitoring of water infrastructure projects to ensure timely and cost-effective execution.
This role involves developing detailed project schedules, including Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) for civil, mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation activities.

Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6, including Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) for civil, mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation activities.
Identify critical paths, milestones, and potential delays, and recommend mitigation plans to ensure timely project execution.
Monitor project progress against baseline schedules and highlight deviations to internal stakeholders.
Prepare periodic MIS reports, dashboards, and progress reports for internal stakeholders, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) such as schedule variance, productivity, and resource utilization.
Coordinate with site teams to ensure timely data collection and reporting for accurate project monitoring.
Assist in resource planning, including manpower, materials, and equipment allocation, and support cost and resource loading of schedules.
Coordinate with execution, procurement, and commercial teams for schedule alignment and progress-linked invoicing inputs.
Assist in the preparation of RA bills and tracking of billing milestones, ensuring alignment with project progress.
Support material reconciliation and ensure alignment with project progress for accurate billing and reporting.
Identify project risks related to timelines and escalate proactively, supporting delay analysis and documentation for claims and EOT requirements.
Ensure adherence to project timelines through continuous monitoring and follow-ups.
