The Planning executive will be accountable for the day-to-day operations of the Modern Trade Stock Fulfillment enabling maximum growth potential while improving customer satisfaction. Also, involves multiple key MIS reports handling to support day to day Supply chain operations.

Inventory management reports to identify and act on SLOB, account specific SKUs etc.
Reports to track KPI Metrics such as Fill rate%, overall MT Specific Inventory, etc.
Principal Accountabilities
This role includes supply chain analytics and hence lot of data handling through MS Excel is involved
Execute Modern Trade (MT) Sales Orders regularly and ensure 95%+ Fill Rate %
Collaborate with the Distribution Planners and Logistics to plan and execute MT Distribution
Proactively identify Stock availability concerns and highlight it to the Category Planners
Take ownership of the MT Estimation and ensure forecast correctness and accuracy
Interact with KAMs regularly and understand Market dynamics
Create MIS/Dashboards promptly for data driven decision making
Automate/improve existing processes and develop agility in the daily operations
Data preparation to facilitate monthly S&OP meetings
Requirements
Engineering Graduate Preferred
Advanced Excel and Analytical Capabilities (VBA knowledge is an added advantage)
Experience In FMCG/FMCD/Pharma/Any Other Product Company
