We are seeking competent Planning Engineers for our project site at Jamnagar, Gujarat. The role involves project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting with strong site‑level execution experience. Candidates should be capable of handling planning activities across multiple project functions.

• Develop, update, and monitor project schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Planning and tracking of Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Commissioning activities.
• Prepare WBS, baseline schedules, milestones, look‑ahead plans, and recovery schedules.
• Monitor project progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Identify schedule variances, analyze delays, and propose mitigation/recovery plans.
• Coordinate with site execution, engineering, procurement, and other project teams.
• Prepare S‑curves, dashboards, and progress reports using advanced Excel.

• Engineering Degree or Diploma holder.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in project planning and controls.
• Certified in Primavera P6 and MS Project (MSP).
• Strong knowledge of Excel for planning, monitoring, and reporting.
• Field / site‑level planning experience is mandatory.
