Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain construction plans and schedules to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
- Create and manage the project's master schedule.
- Coordinate with stakeholders and conduct regular project meetings.
- Monitor progress, identify issues, and prepare monthly delay reports.
- Forecast and track critical contracts and procurement activities.
- Utilize progress monitoring tools and software effectively.
- Review construction plans and specifications for feasibility and efficient execution.
- Collaborate with project teams to resolve design and scheduling issues.
- Oversee on-site activities and adjust schedules as needed.
- Use Microsoft Project (MSP) for planning and scheduling mandatory.
- Propose mitigation strategies to address delays or other challenges.
- Prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on project status and upcoming activities.
Other Skills
- Proven experience in the construction industry.
