Planning Engineer - Real estate

Role Overview:

The Planning Engineer role focuses on supporting project scheduling, progress tracking, and reporting to keep construction or real estate projects on timeline. This entry-level to mid-level position involves hands-on data collection from site teams, schedule updates using tools like Primavera P6 or MS Project, and collaboration with engineers. Key Responsibilities

Assist in preparing project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project.

Support development of baseline and look-ahead schedules.

Collect daily and weekly progress data from site teams.

Update schedules and assist in progress monitoring.

Prepare basic progress reports (daily, weekly, monthly).

Assist in tracking activities against planned targets.

Support critical path and delay analysis under supervision.

Coordinate with site engineers for planning inputs.

Maintain planning documents and records.

Required Skills & Competencies
