Job Overview

We are looking for a Planning Engineer with strong experience in MS Project (MSP) scheduling, along with expertise in billing, planning, and estimation for commercial, institutional and residential construction projects.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Advanced proficiency in MS Project (MSP)
• Hands-on expertise in:
• Baseline development
• Resource loading
• Responsibility coding
• Schedule integration
• Critical path analysis
• Variance tracking

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and control Master Project Schedules
• Monitor contractual milestones across Design, Procurement & Construction
• Conduct schedule reviews, delay analysis & risk identification
• Integrate multi-contractor schedules
• Support PMO reporting, governance & project controls
