About The Role
We are looking for an experienced
Planning Engineer to support project execution through effective planning, reporting, coordination, and client communication. The role requires hands-on experience in
residential construction projects and strong reporting and coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage daily planning activities for ongoing residential projects
- Develop and maintain DPR (Daily Progress Report), WPR (Weekly Progress Report), and MPR (Monthly Progress Report)
- Create PPT presentations for internal reviews and client meetings
- Handle day-to-day client communication and coordination
- Work on sample approvals, TDS, and data sheet approvals
- Manage email communication and maintain proper documentation
- Prepare handover documents and project records
- Coordinate with vendors for material delivery follow-ups
- Liaise with Head Office for planning updates, approvals, and reporting
Mandatory Requirement
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in Residential Projects (Mandatory)
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or relevant field
- Strong knowledge of construction planning and reporting
- Proficient in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Office
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and meet deadlines
Preferred Skills
- Experience working on mid to large-scale residential construction projects
- Strong documentation and reporting discipline
