Planning Engineer

Role Overview:

This role involves monitoring and supporting the project team in construction planning from the inception stage through to handover. The Planning Engineer will coordinate with various departments across the Regional and Site offices to avoid delays and propose corrective measures as required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, update, and monitor the overall project schedule from initiation to completion
• Support the preparation of detailed micro-level project plans and monitor project timelines
• Coordinate with all departments to ensure synchronized project activities and effective execution
• Identify potential delays and suggest corrective actions to keep the project on track
• Ensure adherence to established construction processes and project timelines
• Assist in project budgeting and resource planning
• Generate reports and dashboards on progress, delays, and corrective actions for stakeholders

Qualification & Experience:

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
• 7–12 years of experience in planning large-scale construction projects, preferably in residential multi-storey apartment complexes or townships
• Practical exposure to modern construction techniques and technologies
• Hands-on experience in micro-planning, budgeting, and cross-departmental coordination
• Proficiency in MS Project and/or Primavera is essential
