Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Pune for a Planning Engineer on CIEL payroll. The Planning Engineer will be responsible for project planning, scheduling, and monitoring to ensure timely delivery. This includes coordinating with various teams to track progress, analyzing project data to improve efficiency, preparing detailed project reports, and ensuring resource allocation aligns with project requirements. The role will also involve identifying potential risks and implementing corrective actions to mitigate delays and ensure quality standards are met.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in project planning tools such as Primavera, MS Project, or similar software
• Strong knowledge of project scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Effective communication and coordination skills to liaise with cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with construction management principles and site operations
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is required
• Relevant certifications in project planning and management are advantageous
• Experience in real estate or construction projects will be considered a plus
