Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Planning Engineer. The Planning Engineer will be responsible for planning and managing production schedules, ensuring optimal resource allocation, and coordinating with teams to ensure timely execution of projects. The individual will monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement strategies for effective project control. Additionally, the role involves analyzing data, preparing reports, and facilitating communication between stakeholders to achieve operational efficiency.

Location: Bangalore Near Magadi Road

Experience Required: Minimum 1+ Year ( Strong AutoCAD Skills )

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Planning and Production Planning to effectively manage workflows and ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Proven Analytical Skills to assess data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights for decision-making processes.
• Proficiency in Project Control to monitor progress, evaluate risks, and implement corrective measures to achieve project goals.
• Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients effectively.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in modular furniture manufacturing and knowledge of industry-specific tools and software is an advantage.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing project requirements.
