Planning Engineer

Description

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Planning and Management Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire program of work from planning to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. This role demands a proactive approach to forecasting, monitoring, and analysing project progress, as well as strong coordination with architects, consultants, and vendors.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in MS Project for planning and scheduling.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct thorough delay analysis.
• Experience in vendor management and reviewing tender documents.
• Advanced skills in preparing management reports such as MIS, MPR, and MMR.
• Proven track record in project planning, forecasting, and budgeting.
• Effective communication skills for coordination with various stakeholders.
• Ability to conduct project review meetings and prepare mitigation plans.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to anticipate project demands and provide effective solutions.
• Experience in process or software development for project tracking is a plus.
