Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Ownership:
- Lead the strategic direction for client businesses – from brand and campaign planning to CRM and digital ecosystem thinking.
- CRM & 1:1 Marketing Focus:
- Develop intelligent, data-driven CRM strategies that deepen customer relationships, personalize brand experiences, and deliver measurable impact across the funnel.
- Integrated Thinking:
- Connect the dots across platforms, audiences, and experiences – from ATL to digital to loyalty journeys – with a consistent, insight-driven approach.
- Creative Collaboration:
- Partner closely with creative teams to craft briefs and spark ideas that are rooted in insight and designed to engage, convert, and retain.
- Insight & Intelligence:
- Mine data, trends, and human truths to uncover powerful insights – from macro cultural shifts to micro behavior patterns.
- Client Engagement:
- Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to senior clients, facilitating workshops, leading presentations, and shaping business conversations.
- Team Mentorship:
- Coach and grow a team of junior planners, encouraging curiosity, strategic discipline, and creativity.
What You'll Bring
- 8–12 years of strategy experience in a creative/digital/CRM agency or consultancy.
- Proven track record in brand building, campaign strategy, and CRM/loyalty planning.
- Ability to turn data into insight and insight into action.
- Confidence in presenting to clients and leading strategic conversations.
- Strong storytelling, writing, and visualization skills.
- A collaborative spirit and passion for solving problems creatively.
Nice to Have
- Experience in customer journey mapping, martech ecosystems, or performance strategy.
- Familiarity with tools like Adobe Campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar.
- Knowledge of industries like BFSI, automotive, tech, or retail is a plus.
