Planning cum Billing Engineer (Civil)

Job Description:

We are looking for Planning cum Billing Engineers for our ongoing and upcoming civil projects. The candidate will be responsible for project planning, billing activities, and coordination with site teams to ensure smooth execution and timely completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

·Prepare and monitor project schedules and planning activities

·Handle billing processes, including client billing and subcontractor billing

·Prepare and verify BOQ (Bill of Quantities)

·Perform quantity take-offs and measurements

·Track project progress and update reports regularly

·Coordinate with site engineers, clients, and consultants

·Ensure proper documentation and record maintenance

·Support execution team for smooth project delivery

Requirements:

·Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering

·Experience: Relevant experience in planning and billing works (civil projects)

·Strong knowledge of project scheduling and planning tools

·Good understanding of BOQ preparation and billing procedures

·Experience in quantity surveying and measurement

·Excellent communication and coordination skills

·Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
