Role DescriptionPLANNING & CONTROL MANAGER

Experience: 10+ years

Role Purpose

Manage the integrated project programme and project controls system covering design, quarry, CNC, fabrication, logistics and erection.

Key Responsibilities

● Maintain baseline master programme.

● Develop detailed schedules.

● Integrate quarry → CNC → fabrication → dispatch → erection.

● Prepare look-ahead schedules.

● Establish monthly/weekly targets.

● Track actual progress.

● Identify critical-path delays.

● Develop recovery programmes.

● Monitor resources.

● Prepare dashboards.

● Conduct schedule reviews.

● Report management-level progress.

The project schedule explicitly identifies quarry output, CNC production, block numbering/logistics and foundation completion as critical elements of the programme.

Qualification

B.E./B.Tech with Primavera P6 / MS Project expertise.

● Programme adherence.

● Forecast accuracy.
