Experience in Checklist documentation, WO creation, bill creation.
Abstract preparation, JMR preparations, MB Certification, Reconciliation of quantity certified client, Keeping track of unbuild/ hold quantity
Preparation of Project analysis statements (Budgeted VS Achieved) monthly.
Project monitoring physical and financial progress for all projects daily.
Cost comparison (Planned VS Actual cost) statements of all projects.
Preparing Cashflows.
Preparation of Earn value management statements (EVM) cost variance and schedule variance.
Rate analysis of major BOQ items.
Reconciliation statements of all major materials of the projects monthly. .
Quantity Estimation.
Continuous monitoring of Cycle time and preparation of compiled cycle time statements monthly.
Preparation of Monthly physical and financial statements of all projects.
Preparation of Project analysis statements (Budgeted VS Achieved) monthly.
Direct & Indirect cost analysis of major BOQ items (Actual cost VS Selling cost)
