## Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced **Planning & Billing Engineer** with a strong Civil Engineering background to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in project planning, scheduling, billing, resource allocation, and project monitoring across infrastructure, water, industrial, or building construction projects.

## Key Responsibilities

* Prepare and manage project schedules using **Microsoft Project (MSP)**.

* Develop and maintain **L1 to L4 project schedules**.

* Perform **resource allocation and resource loading** activities.

* Monitor project progress and identify schedule deviations.

* Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely execution of activities.

* Prepare and verify **RA Bills**, BOQs, quantity calculations, and cost reports.

* Conduct quantity verification and track project costs.

* Generate project progress reports and dashboards.

* Ensure proper planning, billing, and project control throughout the project lifecycle.

* Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for smooth project execution.

## Requirements

* Minimum **5 years of experience** in Planning & Billing functions within Civil Engineering projects.

* Strong hands-on expertise in **Microsoft Project (MSP)** is mandatory.

* Practical experience in:

* L1 to L4 Project Scheduling

* Resource Allocation

* Resource Loading

* Good understanding of:

* Billing & RA Bills

* BOQ Analysis

* Quantity Verification

* Cost Tracking & Monitoring

* Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

## Preferred Industry Experience

Candidates with experience in any of the following projects are encouraged to apply:

* Water Infrastructure Projects (WTP/STP/Pipeline Projects) – Preferred

## Educational Qualification

* B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Preferred)

* Diploma in Civil Engineering may also be considered for candidates with relevant Planning & Billing experience and strong MSP expertise.
