The Project
It is a large hospital in Ahmedabad.
You'll Be Responsible For
- Leads highperforming PMO and Project Controls services, setting robust frameworks that drive certainty and predictable outcomes.
- Acts as a trusted advisor, shaping strategy and providing expert guidance across cost, schedule, risk, change and reporting.
- Directs governance, performance insight and baseline management to enable informed, timely decisionmaking.
- Builds strong client relationships, ensuring compliance with Mace Control Centre and industry best practice.
- Develops and mentors talent, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and service excellence.
- Champions collaborative, responsible delivery, supporting resourcing needs and contributing to netzero ambitions.
You'll Also Have
- Proven leadership delivering PMO and Project Controls on major construction and consultancy programmes.
- Strong capability in establishing robust PMO and Project Controls frameworks and assurance strategies.
- Expert user of key controls tools, including Power BI, MS Office, Aconex, Primavera P6 and RiskHive.
- Confident managing complex activity with high uncertainty and evolving outcomes.
- Deep knowledge of riskfocused tools such as Primavera Risk Analyser and Active Risk Manager.
- Skilled in data analytics and intelligent reporting using Power BI and associated digital platforms.
