We are seeking an experienced Planner/Scheduler to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project planning and scheduling, with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively and ensure timely delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain project schedules using scheduling software.
  • Coordinate with project managers and team members to gather project requirements and timelines.
  • Monitor project progress and update schedules as needed.
  • Identify potential scheduling conflicts and recommend solutions.
  • Prepare and present schedule reports to stakeholders.
  • Ensure adherence to project deadlines and deliverables.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience in planning and scheduling roles.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with risk management and resource allocation techniques.
