Role Overview

This role focuses on strengthening network expansion, driving brand penetration, building strong dealer partnerships, and ensuring seamless execution of network development strategies across regions.

Key Responsibilities

Network Expansion Strategy

  • Devise & develop a comprehensive Network Expansion strategy to increase the brand penetration across selected cities aligned with the company's business objectives & growth targets.
  • Achieve competitive market share in the given geography by increasing the brand penetration & outlet productivity.
  • Design strategy to select new potential cities for future growth, initiate seeding in the market for timely future support.
  • Align the dealer expansion plan is synchronized with the sales team's expectations & company growth plan.

Partner Journey & Dealer Development

  • Devise & implement the control mechanism for end-to-end partner-journey from prospecting stage to its development into the desired targeted productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, operations to develop dealer development programs, training initiatives.
  • Plan the program to ensure smooth handover of the dealer facility to the sales team, fit in all aspects expected as per standards.
  • Cementing relations with the network associates & team members. Identify weak & improvement areas to impart training to them.
  • Conduct & plan regular dealer meetings to remain in touch with them.
  • Devise simple & effective Exit policy in the department for all partners, helping them smoother & satisfactory disengagement.

Operational Planning & Management

  • Collaborate with team members to define network expansion goals, budgets and timelines.
  • Daily Management to track, measure the enablers & agreed Checkpoints to ultimately leading into Management-points as deliverables.
  • Become a single point of contact for the department for rest of the company as department planner, who leads in all types of data management, reporting, analysis & reporting.
  • Create various check & control mechanisms for continuous monitoring & audits of dealer facilities & compliance with required norms & standards.
  • Modify & Create the SOPs for each vital section of the department. Devise methods to check adherence.
  • Build newer ways to increase the top of funnel for network team by bringing & implementing latest social media & other platform-based initiatives.

Financial & Data Analysis

  • Analyze dealer financial data & provide top line analysis reports to highlight areas for improvement.
  • Work with Finance teams to ensure better & newer Inventory funding options available to better dealer's working capital strength.
  • Design & develop system-based Network Lead Management System with help of internal technology teams.
  • Create smart & scientifically devised Query & Objection Handling mechanism to standardize pitch & improve conversions.

Dealer Satisfaction & Compliance

  • Plan for Dealer Satisfaction Surveys to measure & improve the dealer satisfaction & retention.

Requirements

Preferred Experience & Background

  • Graduate or Postgraduate with strong Automobile industry experience of 5 - 7 Years.
  • Preferably having cross-geographical experience.
  • Having cross-OEM experience.
  • Has worked in the field.
  • Understands the partner definition, behaviour & expectations.
  • Has been part of the SOP creation; Strategy development & implementation team; Has been part of increasing the Brand presence.
  • Has strong knowledge of Sales & network management.
  • Has been in the Head office in the Network department.

Skills & Competencies

  • Innovative | Brings in loads of ideas with him.
  • Sets & Controls adherence to SOP's set.
  • A strong team player but a good trainer.
  • Smart with latest technology; daily digital tools used to track & reporting methods.
  • Has strong hand at doing PDCA & Root cause analysis.
