We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Planner to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering planning and project management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets for mechanical engineering projects.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Analyze project requirements and specifications to create detailed plans.
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Prepare and present project status reports to management and stakeholders.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans to address potential project delays or issues.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 10-15 years of experience in mechanical planning or project management.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
- Strong understanding of mechanical design principles and manufacturing processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
