Planner
Location: Delhi
We are looking for a Planner to own category P&L and translate business vision into actionable numbers, ensuring the right stock is available in the right channel at the right time.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage OTB, ASP, margins, and vendor capacity
- Drive inventory hygiene by monitoring DOH, ACP, and stock freshness
- Partner with the Buyer to balance fashion bets with repeat lines
- Optimize distribution across retail, online, and marketplace channels
- Track performance against AOP, drive SSG, and provide actionable insights to leadership
What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in planning, merchandising, or retail finance, preferably within fashion or accessories
- Strong analytical skills with advanced knowledge of Excel, Pivot Tables, and BI tools
- Strong business acumen with the ability to balance numbers and product intuition
- Structured, detail-oriented, and a strong problem solver
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Fashion Management, Business, or Finance
