Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow up with Sales/Dealers for input documents and verify them against the checklist.
  • Ensure project Kick-Offs are initiated and conducted as per SOP.
  • Follow up with the Design team for timely submission of technical drawings.
  • Verify that the quantity of furniture planned matches the Purchase Orders (POs) received.
  • Prepare and load complete manufacturing files into the production system, including:
  • Final Drawings
  • Material Indent Lists
  • Part Identification Stickers
  • Update clients weekly via ERP system.
  • Highlight delays in weekly project review meetings, record issues, and escalate when needed.
  • Provide the production team with a Monthly Dispatch Plan, highlighting priorities.
  • Ensure timely production and receipt of Cabinetry, Sliding, and Lacquering work with intermediate quality checks.
  • Raise delivery requests and vehicle requests promptly.
  • Confirm fund availability from the customer before dispatching goods.
  • Send dispatch details to customers.
  • Monitor handover letter collection from the site team.
  • Record timelines, budget issues, challenges faced, and corrective actions for future reference.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Interior Design, Project Management, or related fields.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in manufacturing, interiors, or furniture industries.
