PLANNER

Planning Engineer 

Develop and maintain the integrated project schedule (engineering, procurement, construction) for power, E&I, and EPC oil & gas (Project Work of Scope can be added), ensuring alignment with client reporting requirements (e.g., SEC, Aramco).

Collect and verify progress data from site supervisors and foremen.

 Update assigned discipline schedules in Primavera P6/MS Project.

 Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and productivity tracking sheets.

 Support preparation of look-ahead schedules for site execution.

 Assist in progress measurement and quantity tracking against baseline.

 Identify and report schedule deviations to the Lead Planner.

 Support preparation of progress curves and histograms.

 Coordinate with site supervision to validate reported progress./Maintain planning records and documentation.

 Support manpower and equipment histograms for assigned scope.

 Update P6 schedule with site/engineering progress data/Assist in preparing input for client progress reports

 Issue daily/weekly progress reports/ Attend daily site/coordination meetings

 Follow up on critical activities with discipline leads /Review subcontractor progress submissions

Build and maintain the project schedule in Primavera P6

 Monitor progress against baseline; identify critical path and near-critical activities

 Prepare progress reports, S-curves, histograms, and look-ahead schedules for client/management

 Coordinate with site and engineering teams to capture actual progress

 Assess schedule impact of variations, delays, and claims

 Track subcontractor schedule performance

Experience

BSc Engineering (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical); 3-10 years planning experience on EPC/E&I oil & gas or power projects; strong Primavera P6 skills; Saudi/GCC experience preferred.
