This job is a Fixed Term Contract for 2 Years

This role is contributing to the IS project management domain. Main stakeholder is the IS service owner for the project management domain

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Involving and proactively supporting the installation, management, maintenance, and optimization of the service for your area of responsibility and cross-functional processes.
• Identifying, consolidating, and reporting any inefficiencies or improvement opportunities.
• Reviewing requirements and specifications and identifying those that require action within your scope of responsibility.
• Installing and testing new versions and investigating and coordinating the resolution of potential and actual service problems.

Qualifications for the role

• Led end-to-end implementation and onboarding of digital solutions, including system configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support to ensure smooth adoption in customer environments.
• Provided user training and ongoing support, troubleshooting issues, improving system usability, and driving higher productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborated with sales, product, and engineering teams to understand customer needs, support pre-sales activities, and deliver tailored digital solutions.
• Leveraged strong technical expertise in Planisware, Linux/Windows servers, PostgreSQL/MS-SQL, IIS, and Azure DevOps, along with scripting (Bash, Planisware) for system optimization and automation.
• Contributed to product improvement and DevOps practices by gathering feedback, suggesting enhancements, and supporting release management, monitoring, and continuous delivery.
