Job Title : Functional Specialist (ISG)
Job Summary : We are seeking a dedicated Functional Specialist (ISG) with 14 to 18 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in Pharma GxP Assessment Functional Requirement Specification and Requirements Management. This role involves ensuring compliance with GDPR and managing risk effectively. The position offers a hybrid work model with day shifts and does not require travel.

Responsibilities :
Lead the development and implementation of functional requirements to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Oversee the assessment of Pharma GxP processes to maintain high standards of quality and compliance.
Provide expertise in drafting and reviewing Functional Requirement Specifications to meet project needs.
Manage requirements effectively to ensure that all stakeholder expectations are met and documented accurately.
Ensure governance and compliance with GDPR regulations to protect data privacy and security.
Conduct risk assessments to identify potential issues and develop mitigation strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new processes and systems.
Analyze current processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Support the development of compliance frameworks to ensure adherence to industry standards.
Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and provide updates on project progress.
Monitor project timelines and deliverables to ensure timely completion and quality outcomes.
Utilize industry best practices to guide the implementation of new technologies and processes.
Provide training and support to team members to enhance their understanding of compliance and risk management. Qualifications -
Demonstrate expertise in Pharma GxP Assessment and its application in real-world scenarios.
Possess strong skills in drafting Functional Requirement Specifications with attention to detail.
Exhibit proficiency in Requirements Management to ensure comprehensive documentation.
Have a deep understanding of GDPR regulations and their impact on data governance.
Show experience in conducting risk assessments and developing effective mitigation strategies.
Display the ability to collaborate with diverse teams to achieve common goals.
Demonstrate excellent communication skills to facilitate stakeholder engagement.
