Role Description:

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Placements Specialist Employee Benefits (EB) & Non-Employee Benefits (Non-EB), based in Bengaluru.

In this role, you will:

- Collaborate with insurance companies to negotiate favorable terms and conditions.

- Deliver tailored, cost-effective insurance solutions that meet client needs.

- Manage the placement of Employee Benefits (EB) and Non-EB insurance products, including Group Medical Coverage (GMC), Group Term Life (GTL), Asset Insurance, and more.

- Drive business development through proactive outreach, including cold calling and scheduling appointments with corporate clients.

- Ensure seamless execution of placement processes while maintaining strong client relationships.
