Key Responsibilities

- Campus Recruitment Coordination
▸ Plan, schedule, and execute on-campus and off-campus recruitment drives, hackathons, case study competitions, and pre-placement talks.
▸ Coordinate end-to-end logistics for placement activities — from JD collection and shortlisting to offer letter tracking.
▸ Liaise with company HRs to align recruitment calendars and ensure seamless interview processes.
▸ Maintain placement databases and generate periodic reports on recruitment activity, conversion rates, and placement statistics.
- Student Readiness & Engagement
▸ Conduct mock interviews, group discussions, resume workshops, and aptitude training sessions in coordination with the academics team.
▸ Guide and mentor students on career mapping, industry trends, skill gaps, and professional etiquette.
▸ Identify students requiring special attention and devise targeted intervention plans to improve their employability.
- Alumni & Stakeholder Engagement
▸ Tap into the AIMS alumni network to expand referral-based hiring opportunities.
▸ Collaborate with faculty, HODs, and academic coordinators to align placement efforts with curriculum outcomes.
▸ Work with the marketing team to highlight placement successes through case studies, testimonials, and social media content.
- Data Management & Reporting
▸ Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of companies visited, students placed, salary packages, and sector-wise placement data.
▸ Prepare placement brochures, company profiles, and institutional presentations for corporate meetings.
▸ Track and report KPIs including number of companies onboarded, placement percentage, average CTC, and sector diversity.
