Primary Work Location:

University Campus, Sonipat (NCR of Delhi)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop corporate partnerships to facilitate student placements and internship opportunities.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with companies and recruiters to enhance campus hiring initiatives at JGU.
  • Maintain and regularly update placement and internship data for the assigned School with accuracy and consistency.
  • Cultivate relationships with industry professionals to support guest lectures, industry interactions, and career engagement activities.
  • Track, monitor, and analyze placement and internship outcomes, including job offers and hiring trends.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and documentation related to placement and internship activities.
  • Collaborate with faculty and students to design and implement placement and career development initiatives.
  • Communicate effectively with students regarding opportunities, updates, and activities organized by the Office of Career Services (OCS).

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Master's degree from a recognized institution.
  • Minimum 3+ years of relevant work experience, preferably in placements, corporate relations, or talent acquisition.
  • Strong understanding of industry trends, hiring practices, and employer expectations.
  • Excellent networking, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to build and sustain relationships with corporate partners and industry stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and data management capabilities.
  • Proactive, student-centric mindset with the ability to thrive in a collaborative and dynamic environment.
