Role Overview:

As a Placement professional, you will be the strategic bridge between academia and industry. You will be responsible for building and nurturing corporate relationships, leading campus recruitment initiatives, and collaborating with academic departments to enhance student employability and career preparedness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate partners
• Lead and manage campus recruitment drives and placement activities
• Collaborate with academic departments to design and implement career readiness programs
• Identify opportunities for academia–industry partnerships and engagement

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Corporate networking and stakeholder engagement
• Academic–industry collaboration
• Leadership in campus recruitment initiatives
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Master's degree (preferred)
• 8+ years of experience in placements or corporate relations within a reputable university
• Prior experience in universities, institutes, or large education ecosystems preferred
• Proven leadership, organizational, and communication skills
