Role Description The Placement Counselor is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role involves guiding learners through career planning, helping them understand job market trends, and supporting them in identifying suitable opportunities. The Placement Counselor coordinates placement activities, builds relationships with hiring partners, and organizes employer engagement events such as campus drives, information sessions, and networking interactions. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting one-on-one counseling sessions, reviewing resumes and portfolios, preparing learners for interviews and assessments, and tracking placement outcomes and feedback. The role also collaborates with training and academic teams to align learner readiness with industry expectations and continuously improve placement processes.

- Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to work effectively with learners, employers, and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess Career Counseling and Interviewing skills to guide learners through career decisions and placement processes.
- Candidates should possess Training and mentoring skills to deliver workshops on resume building, interview preparation, and professional etiquette.
- Relevant experience in placement coordination, recruitment, talent acquisition, or career services in education or corporate settings is beneficial.
- A bachelor's degree in any discipline; a background in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or Management is an advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, handle data and reports, and use digital tools and platforms for placement tracking and communication.
