Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based at Arena Animation in Kozhikode for a Placement Officer and Soft Skills Trainer. The role involves coordinating student placement activities, building and maintaining relationships with hiring partners, and organizing campus recruitment drives and industry interactions. The professional will guide learners on career pathways, support resume and portfolio development, and conduct mock interviews and interview-preparation sessions. They will design and deliver soft skills training modules covering communication, teamwork, professional etiquette, and workplace readiness. The role also includes tracking placement outcomes, maintaining placement records, preparing reports, and collaborating with academic and administrative teams to improve student employability.

• Candidates should possess skills in counseling, mentoring, and career guidance to support learners in goal setting and job preparation.
• Candidates should possess organizational and administrative skills, including planning events, managing records, and preparing placement reports.
• Relevant experience in placement coordination, corporate training, career services, or talent acquisition is highly beneficial.
• A bachelor's degree in any discipline, preferably with specialization in management, education, communication, or related fields, is recommended.
• Familiarity with the media, animation, design, or entertainment industry and basic understanding of roles such as designer, animator, and content creator would be an added advantage.
